We hope these tips/video make it simple to order your photos.

• Each child will receive a flyer when their photo is taken that has their unique access code and instructions on how to view and order photos online.

• Once you receive your flier, follow the instructions to go online and enter your email and/or text number to get a notification when your photos are ready.

• Photos are usually ready to view within 10 business days.

There will be multiple options for you to choose from.

• Specialty Photos that include a set background and includes First Name.

• Multiple poses where you can choose your own background, crop and add First Name while ordering.

• Class or Team Photos.

• Memory Mates.

• Gift items such as Mugs, Mousepads, Dog Tags, etc.

• If you don't see what you are looking for, click on the 'INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS' link at the top of the page.

• In the 'INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS' section, there will be multiple categories, such as SPECIALTY, MEMORY MATE, CLASS OR TEAM.

• Poses that don't show the Team Name, are the one's you can add your favorite background to.

• Background changes, Name on Print and cropping can be done in the Cart by clicking on the 'CHANGE BACKGROUND OR EDIT PHOTO' link under the thumbnail photo.

• You can also choose Portrait or Landscape in the cropping section.

• Team Photos can also be found in the 'PACKAGES' section for some events.

• Orders are sent directly to your home for Free (Free delivery is for a limited time).
