Frequently Asked Questions

• How do I see my photos?
  • The flier given to each player at the time of their photo includes a unique access code and instructions to view the photos online.

• How long before I can see my photos?
  • Photos are uploaded, typically, within 10 business days of the photo day. 

• How do I receive my photos?
  • Photos are mailed directly to your home. At time of order, you will provide the address you want them delivered to.  Free Delivery is available for a limited time.

• Can I have my child’s name on the print?
  • Yes, you can add a Name and Year to certain products, including standard sized prints, in the online cart.

• Can I order digital copies?
  • Yes, Digital copies can be ordered for Individual Pose images only. Team Photos are not available for digital download.

• What if I lose my flier?
  • Go to  https://mystudentphoto.com/contact.html , complete the form and state, in the ‘Message’ section,  that you need the access code for the child listed in the form.   Due to privacy laws, we will need to verify that you are eligible to view the photos with the league or school, so please provide as much information as possible.
